Ive been wanting to make this Blog site for a long time and finally decided to over come my laziness and muster up the power of my writing skills to talk sports with you guys! So I have recently been playing DraftKings online and I will tell what, this may be the most addicting but fun thing that has come on the internet since the first video downloaded on youtube. My favorite sport to play on DraftKings currently is fantasy baseball, but I cant wait for football to start. So here is my picks for today to help you guys win some big bucks tonight!
Pitchers:
Jimmy Nelson: MIL cost: 8,500
- Nelson is the strongest pitcher the Brewers have this season with a 3.65 ERA. He is going against the Phillies, and that pretty much tells you to pick him tonight. the Phillies have the 9 worst batting average in the NL, so I would go with Jimmy Nelson and his surprisingly cheap cost.
Charlie Morton: Pit cost: 6,300
- Morton has struggled for the most part of the year but he is going against the NL's worst batting average team (Mets) at the Citi Field which is a pitchers ball Park. This would be my dark horse pick of the day.
Catcher:
Yasmani Grandal: LA cost: 3,500
- Over his past 10 games, he has hit .320 with a pair of extra base hits. Id go with the switch hitter.
1st Base:
Chris Davis: Bal cost: 5,000
- One thing to say about this guy, He has hit over .467 his past 10 games. He also went 3 for 6 with a homerun last night. Dont be surprised if he belts another out tonight against the staggering A's.
2nd Base:
Kolton Wong: Stl cost: 3,800
- Look for this guy to step at home tonight and hit a couple RBI's.
3rd Base:
Kris Bryant: Chc cost: 4,600
- Bryant for this most part only plays well at home, but he is going against a lefty and they are still in Chicago going against the Whit Sox tonight.
Short Stop:
Jimmy Rollins: La cost: 3,300
- Rollins went 2 for 4 the other night with an RBI double. Look for him to continue that tonight as he and the Dodgers go against the reds at home.
Outfielders:
Andrew McCutchen: Pit cost: 4,800
- He already has a homerun and an average over well over .400 against Niese this year and it wont stop tonight either.
Carlos Gonzalez: Col cost: 5,500
- CarGo is going against one of the worst right handed pitcher this year in Colorado, This is asking for a monster day from the power lefty.
Matt Kemp: SD cost: 5,200
- After giving the Padres their first career cycle in team history, don't be surprised if he out does himself tonight with another career game in Colorado.
